I just got back from my annual weekend mastermind with some of my girlfriends. Last year we started the tradition of taking a weekend to connect and go over each other's businesses and I can’t recommend it enough. In this episode, I share some of my biggest takeaways from this past weekend and how we structure these mastermind weekends from having fun to hot seats so you can create your own version that works best for you.
