I was recently listening to an episode of the Ed Mylett Show with Rory Vaden, and they brought up the difference between investing time versus spending time. It’s a simple idea, but it helped me realize that being intentional about what you’re doing and who you’re doing it with isn’t just about streamlining your schedule, but it’s also about moving the needle on your long-term goals and making your life better. I’ve been reflecting on how I’ve been able to apply this to my life and some tangible ways for you to implement it in your life as well.
