When you look into the future, you're just inviting in anxiety over something that probably isn't going to happen or isn’t going to feel the way that you think it's going to feel. Instead, you could be living in the present and savoring the moment. I know, so much easier said than done, but this idea has really resonated for Chris and I this past month with all of the events and traveling that’s been going on.
