This is a surprise mini-episode as part of a fun new series I am going to be doing once a month where I introduce you to other wonderful podcasts that might bless and benefit your life.

The show I am featuring today is a brand new podcast called Let's Change Beauty, and it’s powered by the Dove Self-Esteem Project.

The Let's Change Beauty Podcast speaks directly to the insane pressures and beauty stereotypes that can really deflate our body confidence and self-esteem - and impact our kids, as well as our own wellbeing!

The podcast is hosted by cultural expert Jess Weiner, who sparks meaningful conversations with guests and industry experts from the worlds of beauty, gaming, sports, and entertainment. She focuses on educational, inspiring and practical ways we can all do something to redefine beauty for the next generation.
