Hi Guys and Welcome to Episode 6 of the Mastering Your Wellness Podcast. On this week's episode I spoke to best selling author, motivational speaker and personal development coach, Gerry Duffy
Gerry is an expert at teaching people how to achieve their goals, having achieved so many of his own personal and professional goals in life.
If you're struggling to get started, have lost your mojo and want it back, or if you want to get a head start before the New Year I promise you're going to learn some new strategies that will help you get started straight away. Enjoy!
I really believe that the majority of people spend FAR too much time caring and worrying about what people think of them, their life choices and what they're doing day to day.
I'll be honest with you I am one of them, or I was until recently.
Caring about what other people think can really hold you back in life and tbh its really NONE of your business WHAT people are thinking about you. It doesn't/shouldnt concern you. As long as you're not harming anybody why should you give a damn?
Concentrate on you and your awesomeness and forget about the rest! This bitesize episode will give you reasons why you should give up worrying about what people think and how to do it! Hope you enjoy
"So why did I start a Podcast? I was diagnosed with MS in 2017and it gave me the kick I needed to FINALLY create something that could not only help me BUT other 30-something year olds in Ireland by focusing on the issues that are really affecting people today"
I didn't realise that when I sen that tweet a mere 24 hours later I would be a guest on LMFM radios The Late Lunch talking about my diagnosis, what I've learned and why I started the podcast. Very unexpected but great to be amongst friends when discussing my illness for the first time. No going back now folks! Hope you enjoy and get something from it!
Hi Guys and Welcome to Episode 5 of the Mastering Your Wellness Podcast. As you know It's the place to talk about the issues that are affecting you, me and thousands of other people across Ireland today. On this weeks episode I was joined by the fabulous Digital Marketing expert Joanne Sweeney Burke to talk about finding your passion, prioritising and making things happen.
For me Joanne is not only a hugely successful entrepreneur and trainer but she is definitely a person who has shown incredible grit, determination and tenacity overcoming huge challenges as a teenager to become the successful businesswoman she is today.
She has a fantastic outlook on life and a real can do attitude and I know you're going to get a lot out of this episode. Hope you Enjoy! J
Hi Guys and Welcome to Episode 4 of the Mastering Your Wellness Podcast. This week I spoke to Catherine Price, Author of How To Break Up with Your Phone.
Let's face it, the majority of us spend a huge amount of our time on our phones. We wake up together, go to sleep together and even go to the bathroom together (admit it you know you do it)
Catherine's book reveals some of the many ways in which our phones are affecting our productivity, creativity, relationships, memory, attention spans, and sleep—and provides a personalised plan for how to take back your life from your device without giving it up completely.

On today's show I was joined by Journalist, Author & Motivational Speaker Paul McNeive. At the age of 20 Paul was involved in a fire which ultimately led to the loss of his legs at age 21. Paul spent months in hospital undergoing skin graphs and rehabilitation to teach him how to walk on prosthetic legs. Rather than let it deter him, Paul took the tools that he learned in rehab to climb the career ladder to the top as Managing Director of a successful estate agency. Later, Paul became the first double amputee helicopter pilot in the world and is an author of not one but two bestselling books. In this interview Paul explains how mind over matter, visualisation and the power of small steps can help you achieve anything you put your mind to.
Delighted to be joined on the Mastering Your Wellness Podcast this week by bestselling author, speaker and wellness coach Pat Divilly. Pat was absolutely everything I thought he would be.
We packed so much into our 35 minute conversation covering everything from what success looks like, to why enjoying the journey instead of focusing on the destination is important, and how concentrating on 3 mini wins every day will help you achieve your top line goals.
If you haven't already picked up a copy of Pat's book Upgrade Your Life I'll leave a link on the website show notes. Trust me it's well worth a read!
