My guest today is a coach, speaker and creator of the MS to success programme and the gratitude attitude journal - Karen Dwyer. Karen was diagnosed with MS in her early thirties and after years of unsuccessfully using medication to treat her condition decided to try a more holistic approach and is now living symptom free.
This episode is not just about MS- it's about the amazing things that can happen when you start to believe in yourself and stop listening to the negative inner voice within.
In todays episode I spoke to Jack Kavanagh, Motivational Speaker and Coach who at the age of 19 broke his neck after a freak accident on holiday. Instead of giving up and letting his newfound circumstances change who he was as a person Jack decided to embrace his new life and set out on a journey of becoming the very best version of himself, despite his challenging circumstances. In this episode we spoke about the power of the mindset, building resilience and unlocking your full potential. I hope you enjoy!
If you're listening right now with a to-do list the length of your arm, worrying about how you're going to get things done and feeling a ton of pressure with all the demands on your shoulder's. Don't panic - you're not on your own.
So many of us are struggling with overwhelm - it's the curse of modern day life. In this weeks episode I've decided to tackle this issue - this feeling of overwhelm and talk through some of the tips both myself and others have found beneficial so that you can still feel productive and like you're getting stuff done even if you're feeling overwhelmed right now.
Your current situation is not your final destination. This was the theme of the conversation when I spoke to Graham McCormack aka The Real World Buddhist earlier this month. After struggling with severe mental health issues and attempting to take his own life on more than one occasion, Graham turned it all around with the help of mindfulness and becoming more self- aware. He's proof that no matter where you are in life you can make a positive change both for yourself and others. Listen to his story in this weeks episode.
Today's guest was the wonderful Gary Keegan, CEO of Uppercut - a High-Performance consultancy. What is high performance I hear you say? In a nutshell Garys skills, experience and background has given him the kind of tools to unlock a person's potential and bring about real change in thinking and behaviours. Many of you will know Gary from his time and phenomenal success with the Irish Athletic Boxing Association. In this episode, we spoke about the strategies and techniques he used to transform their way of thinking to ultimalety transform how they performed in the ring
On this weeks episode, I was joined by weightloss super couple Rob & Yvonne Cullen. After years of feeling unhappy with their weight, they made the brave decision to make a change that would positively impact their lives forever. Gone were the takeaways and nights in sitting over a bottle of wine, the couple decided to completely overhaul their diet to include home cooked meals full of delicious fruit and veg.
In total, they lost a staggering 13 stone between them and in this episode, they share their tips on healthy eating, food addiction and maintaining weight loss forever.
This week I was delighted to dive deep into a topic I'm absolutely fascinated by - Sleep! It is one of the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle, yet it is something that so many of us do not prioritise. We're going to bed later, getting up earlier with research revealing how 6/10 Irish adults are sleep deprived.
In this weeks episode, I spoke to CEO of the Revolution Project and sleep expert, Treasa Spragg about the power of sleep, why sleep is so important and what to do if you're not getting enough.
This week I was thrilled to be joined on the show by none other than Miss Dainty Dress Diaries herself, Catherine Carton.
Catherine is the awesome lady behind the HUGELY successful DIY, Interiors and Fashion Blog Dainty Dress Diaries. Catherine has grown her tribe of over 100,000 followers in the space of a few short years bringing her love of French Shabby Chic, Crafting & DIY to a mainstream audience.
Her work ethic, determination and focus to succeed are just three of the reasons why I HAD to have her on the show. Hope you Enjoy!
This week I had the absolute pleasure of speaking to Ciara Kelly, a qualified medical doctor, health and wellness advocate and the lady behind the popular wellness blog, The Irish Balance which focuses on how our lifestyle affects our overall health and wellbeing.

It was an honour to be joined by some of the BEST Wellness & Thought Leaders on the Show in 2018. It was a HUGE learning experience for me. Every single guest brought something new to the table and shared a life lesson that truly had an impact on my life.
I wanted to bring together some of the best learnings from the show over the past year so I created a compilation episode! Hope you enjoy this 30-minute episode featuring Alison Canavan, Pat Divilly, Paul McNeive, Catherine Price, Gerry Duffy, Jamie White & Joanne Sweeney.
