Shadow work is a type of therapy that’s been gaining attention online recently, so maybe you’ve heard of it before. I have a lot of questions about shadow work and I figured you might too, so I asked Dr. Elizabeth Berrocal to join us on the Midlife Rise + Thrive podcast to give us a professional breakdown.
