No matter how much we plan for the future, something unexpected can always derail those plans. 

So if uncertainty is always looming, then why is it still so hard?

Well, turns out, we’re actually hardwired to hate it. Studies show that uncertainty is even more stressful than knowing something bad is definitely going to happen. 

The good news is we can learn to live with uncertainty. And this is probably one of the most valuable skills we can learn because life is full of uncertainty. And prolonged stress is really damaging to our health, both physically and mentally.

So that’s what we’re talking about today.

What does that mean? What does it look like? Well apparently, the first steps look a little like the world is burning. But the next steps are up to us.

The problem is, we can’t just visualize a new world, because the potential for what this earth can be is greater than anything we’ve ever known. 

So how do we hold our frequency in a vibration that we’ve never seen or felt or accessed?

There are a lot of theories about dreaming. One theory says that dreams don’t mean anything at all, they’re just electrical impulses and then we construct them together when we wake up.

Sigmund Freud believed that dreams revealed repressed desires or conflicts from childhood. And others, like our guest today, believe that dreams are our innate inner guidance.
