Cher is back and we're chatting about all sorts this week.

I talk through my breast biopsy results and the actual experience of the biopsy (which was actually strangely funny thanks to a professor who did everything in his power to take my mind off it).

I loved having Lily in the studio first with her best friend Anna (The Anna Edit), then when she was pregnant and shared her hopes and fears with me and for this episode, when as promised, she came back to tell me all about life as a Mum.

Lily is SO open and honest about childbirth, the early days of being mum to baby Gray and how she feels that she has changed. I felt so honoured to have this really personal chat with her and that I can share it with you.

This isn't just for Mums or pregnant women but for anyone who has had a big change in their life. Lily is an inspiration!

Sam is the founder of his own incredible beauty brand Sam Farmer and is passionate about the industry. Through years of studying and being involved in the formulation of his own products, he has the most amazing knowledge of all things beauty.

In this episode I get to sit down with the thoroughly lovely Really Ree. One of the original beauty bloggers, Ree has tried and tested pretty much every beauty product you could ever imagine.

Alongside her huge beauty knowledge, Ree has a knack for giving amazing advice and is really kind and down to earth.

I so enjoyed getting to know this lovely person and am really grateful to her because she lifted me when I was having a bit of a bad day. She also gives a load of really excellent beauty recommendations.

Later on in the episode I talk about some brilliant new products from Indeed Labs.

I've been so excited for you to hear this. It's a really special episode in partnership with Chanel where I got to meet the incredible makeup artist Sharon Dowsett. Sharon is one of the UK's most renowned makeup artists and she sat down and told me so much about her amazing story and adventures in the industry. We were also joined by Cher who has worked with Sharon in the past. It was like they were sisters....I love the way they spark off each other in the episode.

Sharon has a passion for and longstanding history with Chanel and has worked with them for the past 17 years. As she shares her stories, her and Cher talk about the makeup products that get them most excited.

There was a lot of laughter during the recording of this episode. Cher does a bit of celeb spotting from the studio window and becomes very excited when she realises that she's seen "thingy" from Love Island. We also chat about everything from Moon Cups to great pigmentation products to three quarter shaving your legs to the one product we couldn't live without.
