I was totally bowled over by the huge breadth of knowledge that these women have about skin, skincare and ingredients and I found their advice empowering and incredibly educational. Jasmina is going to explain how a bit of dirt and a whole new way of thinking about our skin could change the future of the skincare industry forever. (I can't stop thinking about what I learnt during this interview!!)

Monday was National Lipstick Day and in celebration of this fabulous day, Cher and I talk through a huge list of the very best lipsticks. Cher came to the studio super organised with lists of her absolute favourites in colour groups meaning that whether you like nudes, corals, reds or berries, we've got you covered!

Cher and I also go a bit off piste as usual and somehow end up talking about our boobs which doesn't quite fit the lippie theme but I think you'll find amusing at the very least :0)
