In this week's Outspoken Review I'm chatting about the changes we're making to our house (much to the disgust of the children), why I'm embracing bright colours, some brilliant advice from my therapist about letting go of worries and negative thinking and lots more.
Hope this gives you a mid-week smile xx
Bryony is back from her big Thailand adventure and she's telling us all her news.
We're also catching up on some of my festive misadventures that involved me misbehaving somewhere where I really shouldn't have.
There is of course lots of beauty news too.
You'll love this episode.
In my first Outspoken Review of 2026 I'm sharing some of the things that are lifting my mood and making me smile this week from Instagram profiles to a gorgeous book to some lovely beauty products.
I also give you some more thoughts about the Zip Halo now that I've been using it for a bit longer.
xx
Having seen Maxine Laceby do the most inspiring talk recently, I knew that I had to get her on as my first guest of 2026.
Maxine is the founder of Absolute Collagen and started her phenomenally successful business in her 60's. Her message is clear...we can do anything at any age and we can't let outdated ageism stop us.
I hope that you feel energised and inspired by this wonderful woman.
In this little episode I'm talking you through the skincare I brought along to my in-laws over the Christmas break.
Amongst my serums and moisturisers is the Ziip Halo which I've just started testing and I'm fascinated by. (I'll definitely be looking into this more in future episodes).
Enjoy this xx
In this minipod I'm reflecting on some of the things that I've learnt this year and also talking about where I'm at with my relationship with beauty.
Thanks for being the very best community. As I say in the episode, some of you have been listening since the very beginning in 2018 and that means so much!
Merry Christmas gorgeous Outspoken Beauties xx
In this episode I'm joined by my On The Scent Podcast co-host Suzy Nightingale for a pre-Christmas catch up Outspoken Beauty style.
Suzy always has amazing beauty recommendations and during the episode she shares some of her top beauty picks from the year with some really excellent and affordable skincare that has made a huge difference to her skin and makeup products that she can't get enough of (of all which I now want).
This is a lovely episode. Enjoy it Outspoken Beauties!
It's my final episode of Feelgood December and today I'm chatting to the founder of the most creative and original fragrance destination I've ever been lucky enough to step foot in, The Experimental Perfume Club.
Emmanuelle Moeglin is a top perfumer who wanted to do things a bit differently. She created EPC to enable us customers to get hands on with fragrance and combine her creations to make something that is personalised.
I love the way that Emmanuelle took a risk and did something totally different. That risk has most definitely paid off!
Enjoy getting to know this wonderful woman xx
In this episode of Feelgood December I'm getting to know the wonderful Dominic Hawksley who is the CEO of the utterly fabulous brand Olverum.
Dominic tells us the story of how his family came about acquiring a truly magical bath oil and how this led to the shaking up of a brand that has become so loved that it was even granted a Royal Warrant this year.
During our chat Dominic also talks about how he has widened the Olverum offering and the exacting standards, quality and thought that goes into every single product.
Olverum is a feelgood brand if ever there was one and their bath oil is for me a true mood lifter and shifter.
I'm so grateful to them for being a part of Feelgood December and am so excited to share their story with you.
In this episode of Feelgood December I'm chatting to the wonderful Sam Boniface about what makes this awesome brand so special and why things are set to get even more exciting for them.
Thanks to Avon and all of the extraordinary brands that have taken part in Feelgood December and contributed to mental health workshops for teenagers.
