It is such a pleasure to welcome the amazing pharmacist Dr Marine Vincent as my guest.
Marine is the kindest, most wonderful woman and is also such an inspiration to me. She founded the iconic French Pharmacy in London's Marylebone, bringing every incredible French beauty product that you can imagine to the UK.
If that wasn't enough, Marine has now written the most beautiful and informative book called The French Skincare Bible and it's jam-packed with anecdotes, tips and references to French skincare staples both iconic and lesser known.
During the podcast we have a great chat about the French approach to health, beauty and also explore some of the products that Marine swears by.
C'est génial!
Sorry it's a day late- I'll tell you why on the pod!
This week I'm talking about the products I've been loving, including my first experience of Stripe and Stare knickers (are they worth the money?), the perferct teenage skincare brand and the serum that is making everyone compliment my skin.
It's Bryony time and this week we're discussing:
Vinted addictions
Bryony's Paris adventure
Vibrator reviews
Anne Summers parties gone wrong
Vacuums/penis captivus (you need to listen to this bit but we're not talking hoovers!)
And LOTS of lovely beauty recommnedations!
It's just me this week and I'm talking through all of the latest skincare ingredients and what they do as I know a lot of us are a bit confused!
This is mostly thanks to a brilliant piece published by Look Fantastic (I went to an event that they held yesterday and they gave everyone a little newspaper with loads of great info and stats) which inspired this episode.
So if you want to know what peptides, collagen and PDRN can (and can't) do for your skin, you're in the right place.
In this week's Outspoken Review I'm going into detail about the incredible makeup brands at the Beauty Concierge pop-up in Covent Garden. When I went there on Friday I spent time with some wonderful founders including Really Ree (Reeson), Suzy Griffin Dunne (Hildun) and Ruth Reneé de Leo (Dcypher and the woman behind the pop-up). Rum mascara by Sali Hughes, Sam Chapman and Jo Jones were also there.
During the episode I talk about my favourite products from each brand and why I rate them so highly.
If you have a chance to go there I thoroughly recommend it. Here's the link.
It is such a pleasure to welcome Trinny back onto the podcast.
In this episode we cover so much including:
and so much more.
This is such a brilliant episode with a woman who always has the best advice!
If your hair is playing up then this is the episode for you.
Perdita is talking us through all the very best products for hair that is being affected by the weather and isn't playing ball.
From the best masks and serums to the best affordable brands, Perdi has all the expert info to share.
I'll also be chatting about a great "healthy nail" manicure.
In this week's Outspoken Review I'm talking about a fabulous new hybrid lip tint that I'm obsessed with. I also talk about a brilliant body product and the perfect your skin but better scents.
I'll also be talking about why beauty is booming and a brilliant perspective on current world affairs from Tova Leigh.
Bryony is here and we're talking about the posh industry dinner where I embarrassed myself by naming the fish that we were about to eat. We're also chatting about Bryony's night of wonder and have a very important update on Waffle the rabbit's "situation".
Of course there's lots of beauty to recommend too and we'll be telling you all about our brand new podcast Bonk! The Naughty Book Club.
Enjoy xx
