Natalie Morales is an actor and director. You’ve seen her on shows like Santa Clarita Diet, Parks and Recreation, and Grey’s Anatomy. (And so many other things.) Her film Plan B was released in 2021. She joins Jeff this week to play the role of the friend your therapist secretly loves and give the no b.s. advice you need to hear but would probably make you fire your therapist if they said it. She’s helping Jeff answer questions about keeping the spark alive, breaking dating patterns, petty texting, and whether or not it’s weird to date someone with your name.
