  • Seahawks offensive line injuries could be key factor versus Packers
Going into this Sunday's game against the Packers, the Seahawks have a potential problem on their offensive line. Duane Brown is still recovering from knee surgery and George Fant has a groin injury. Both were limited in practice this week. Left guard Mike Iupati is doubtful for Sunday's game and if none of the three are able to play if puts Seattle in a tough position against one of the NFL's best group of pass rushers. Brandan Schulze joins Anthony Nachreiner of the Nach On Sports to talk about the match up with Green Bay as well as a look back at the win over the Eagles.

  • Packers preview: Trouble ahead for Seattle if Green Bay is running on all cylinders
The Green Bay Packers are the 2nd seed in the NFC in just the first year under head coach Matt Lafleur. Zach Rapport of the APC Podcast joins the show and says how running back Aaron Jones has added an extra dimension to the passing game. Jones paired with a healthy Davante Adams has been Aaron Rodgers two key targets. However, the depth on those players has been a bit of a concern for Packers fans. On the defensive side of the football, the Packers have allowed themselves to be more susceptible to the run in hopes of helping to create turnovers. It's worked well considering in 12 of their 13 wins, they've been able to generate at least one turnover on defense.

  • 3 IN, 3 OUT: Ladies Man Approved
Rip open a Fun Dip and pour a glass of Courvoisier and enjoy the latest episode of 3 IN, 3 OUT. Tune in to find out how Ziggy Ansah's inability to run down the Eagles backup quarterback leads to a reference of the Ladies Man (of Saturday Night Live fame). While D.K. Metcalf is the Seahawks rookie that gets the spotlight after this game, we shift the light to shine on a couple other rookies that had underrated performances in the 17-9 win over the Eagles.

  • RECAP: Seahawks vs Eagles - A rookie makes history
The Seattle Seahawks, for the second time this season, return home from a trip to Philadelphia with a 17-9 victory. The most significant difference between the two games was the play of rookie wide receiver D.K. Metcalf. After being held to three catches for 35 yards in the first appearance, he bounced back to set the NFL record for most receiving yards in a rookie's first playoff game. Metcalf's 160 receiving yards was the most by a Seahawks receiver in franchise history breaking a record held by Darrell Jackson since 2005.
Kenneth Arthur joins the show to recap a game between two of the most injured teams to make the post season. Next weekend, Seattle will play the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field on Sunday, on a field where the Seahawks haven't won since Mike Holmgren returned there for the first time in 1999.

  • Eagles preview: Expect Philly to 'Let the Bronco buck' (get Wentz on the move)
The Philadelphia Eagles and Seattle Seahawks are coming into the playoffs going in opposite directions. The Eagles needed to win their final four games in December just to make the playoffs and win the NFC East with a 9-7 record. The Seahawks clinched a playoff spot after a Week 15 victory, but while the Eagles were taking down their divisional rivals, the Seahawks lost each one of their division games to their NFC West rivals. Seattle comes up just a yard short of hosting a playoff game and instead go back to face an Eagles team they beat 17-9 earlier this season.
While their records against division rivals have gone in the opposite directions, both the Eagles and Seahawks are struggling through injuries. Seattle's best offensive lineman is expected to be out for this game, but so is the Eagles Pro Bowl guard who Michael Kist of Bleeding Green Nation says has been Philadelphia's best player on offense this year. History is not on the side of the Eagles going into this matchup either. Tune in and hear just how bad the Eagles record has been at home against the Seahawks over the last 30 years.

  • 3 IN, 3 OUT: A Tecmo Bowl Dive Left Trying to Salvage a Stupid Tackle from the Safety Position
Merry New Year! The Seahawks finish December by going 0-3 against their NFC West division rivals, and so it should be no shock that they're back in the same position they were last year. Instead of the Dallas Cowboys in the playoffs, Seattle will face the Philadelphia Eagles and have a chance for a rematch against the division winner. Before getting there, Clinton Bonner and Brandan Schulze take a look at how they got there in a 26-21 loss that came up just short of the end zone. Lano Hill earns what might be a record for the longest nickname, Kendricks was allowing explosive plays to a fullback and Shaquem Griffin somehow doesn't even see the field on defense.

  • Interview with Jim Nagy, Senior Bowl executive director and former Seahawks scout
A special episode to close out 2019! Jim Nagy, Executive Director of the Senior Bowl and former scout for the Seattle Seahawks, joins Rob Staton of Seahawks Draft Blog and Brandan Schulze to get Jim's reaction to the game between the Seahawks and 49ers and look ahead to the Senior Bowl on January 25, 2020.
Nagy talks about the culture of the Seahawks and how they've managed to stay at or near the top of the NFC West since the arrival of Pete Carroll in Seattle along with the work that General Manager John Schneider has put in toward helping build the roster.
Looking ahead to Senior Bowl weekend, Nagy talks about what to look for in some of the drills particularly between the offensive and defensive line and recalls a story about L.J. Collier barking at Tom Cable during the drills and how that type of personality is something the Seahawks like to look for in players.

  • RECAP: Seahawks vs 49ers - Unfinished Business
After failing the score in the first half, the Seahawks bounced back in the second half and nearly pulled off a last second victory against the San Francisco 49ers. Instead, they came up inches short of the goal line and lost 26-21. The win gave the 49ers the first seed in the NFC playoffs and Seattle will travel to Philadelphia to take on the Eagles for the second time this season. Nathan Santo of the Seahawks Nest podcast joins Brandan to recap the loss, take a look at the critical moments from the final minute of the game, and talk about the return of Marshawn Lynch to the Seahawks.

  • The Boz and the Beast, two Seahawks icons, in Seattle on Sunday
Marshawn Lynch is coming back to Seattle to suit up for one last playoff run with the Seahawks. Another Seattle icon will be in the stadium on Sunday as Brian Bosworth will raise the 12 Flag for the kickoff of the final regular season game of the NFL season. Brandan joins Anthony Nachreiner on the Nach on Sports to talk about how the Seahawks keep adding to the fun of Sunday's matchup. It was a rough week of injury news, though, as Chris Carson went to injured reserve and Duane Brown is set to be up for the near future. Quandre Diggs is questionable for the game, but the key for the defense is going to be putting pressure on the 49ers quarterback and forcing him into some bad throws like he made in Santa Clara in Week 10. Anthony and Brandan also take a look around the NFL and pick Sunday's game.

  • 49ers preview: Jimmy Garoppolo's top targets now healthy for NFC West title game
The final game of the NFL season will be for the NFC West title and maybe even the number one seed in the post season. For the Seahawks, they would need help from the Packers and Saints. But regardless of seeding scenarios, the goal for either team will be to start the playoffs on their home field. Jimmy Garoppolo will be the starter for the 49ers for the first time at CenturyLink Field. While he has played in big games, particular in the stretch of the last few weeks, he hasn't faced a scenario with this much on the line.
Oscar Aparicio of Niners Nation and the Better Rivals Podcast joins the show to talk about where teams have had success in applying pressure to Garoppolo outside of a strong pass rush. His favorite target this season has been George Kittle and he's someone Seattle will need to be concerned with covering this time around. Defensively, the 49ers defense struggled early against the Rams, and Oscar talks about how they adjusted to rattle Jared Goff late in last week's game and how it could apply against a Seattle offense that may try some similar things against the San Francisco defense.
