You are a woman with a lot of responsibility. You manage your team as well as family demands, and it can all get a bit much at times.
Stress from work may start to pour into other aspects of your life, which you don't want.
You get stressed because things fall back on you.
It might threaten your position or your image in the company which in turn might threaten the outcome of your job and career in the long term.
So when anything is ever perceived as a threat to us we get stressed about it and that's normal and natural. It is the prolonged stress that is the problem and begins to impact your quality of life.
This can affect your home life, your relationships, your social life, even your closest friends.
