If you're going through something intense right now, you're not alone. Our society is going through a major shift right now and it's up to each of us to lean into the transformation that's knocking at our door.
Today on The Wellness Revolution, I'm joined by the wonderful Dr. Karin Luise, a Transformational Therapist, Divorce & Trauma Expert, and Award-Winning Author who has a powerful message to share with you.
After two divorces, three children, and one PhD, Dr. Karin experienced a spiritual awakening that transformed her life from miserable to magical. She learned how to heal her mind, heart, and soul and expand her life with wild freedom and real happiness. Now, she's helping others do the same.
This is one of the most raw, honest, soul-bearing conversations we've ever had on the podcast. Dr. Karin and I dive deep into the emotional impacts of divorce that no one talks about so we can normalize them and heal collectively. While sharing our truths, we discuss ways to process your emotions and thrive after divorce (or any difficult/traumatic experience).
"Many people need to hear this: If something is coming up with your family, with your partner, with your children, it is because it is ready to be seen and ready to be healed and it's ready to be transformed." – Dr. Karin Luise
Remember ladies, your intuition is your super power. You'll know in your spirit if something isn't aligned with you… you just have to tap in and listen.

Every time you deny a craving, you're feeding a future binge moment. Let that sink in, then tune in to learn how to defeat cravings so you can achieve the sustainable weight loss you're striving for.
In today's Wellness Revolution episode, you'll hear from Dr. Glenn Livingston, a veteran psychologist who's here to teach us how to defeat cravings with an alternative approach he calls "the backdoor to weight loss". Intriguing, right?
After struggling for years with overeating and obesity, Dr. Livingston spent decades researching the nature of binging and overeating via work with his own patients and a self-funded research program with more than 40,000 participants. Eventually, he and his patients were able to break out of food prison, reach a healthy weight, and develop a much more lighthearted relationship with food.
If you're struggling to avoid your cravings, eat in a balanced way, and achieve a healthy weight, this episode is for YOU!
"Mindful eating is a big part of recovery. However, when there are chemicals in the packaging for some of these foods that interfere with your ability to know when you're hungry and full… we need some additional tools to make it work." – Dr. Glenn Livingston

In this episode of The Wellness Revolution, I'm joined by Jennifer Cohen, NYT Best-Selling Author, TEDx Speaker, Host of the Habits and Hustle podcast, and International Keynote Speaker.
Today, Jennifer is sharing insights from her newest book, Bigger, Better, Bolder: Live the Life You Want, Not the Life You Get. This book is a fantastic step-by-step guide for living authentically and stepping into your power, something I believe to be crucial for women and moms.
Living a better life isn't about finding happiness, it's about creating a richer, fuller life for yourself (and thus, your family).
As women over 40, we can all strive to live a bigger, better, bolder life and model that for our children. But how the heck do we get started? Tune in to hear Jen's tips and advice!
"If we can get out of our own way, it's boundless what the opportunities can be." – Jennifer Cohen
Keep in mind: Being bold is a skill that needs practice. So, start small, keep practicing, and you'll get there! As Jennifer says, it comes down to self-belief and doing it anyway.

The other day, one of you asked me how I was able to heal and move on after my divorce. I won't lie, it wasn't easy or straightforward, but I was able to do it. Whether you've experienced a traumatic divorce, life change, injury, or any other traumatic experience, you can overcome it.
In today's Wellness Revolution, I'm sharing the 3 steps I took to overcome my trauma, navigate the inevitable triggers and emotions attached to it, and move on to live a fulfilling life. These 3 steps can be used to work through whatever you're going through, so you can also move forward and live your best life.
With these tips and practices, you'll not only start healing your trauma, you'll also get better at handling the triggers and emotions that come after the traumatic event.
Remember, follow what lights you up. It's your responsibility to fill up your own cup… and when you do that, you're going to be a better person (and feel a hell of a lot better, too).

Let's be honest. Acne sucks and discovering skincare solutions that work for your unique skin can be an emotional trial and error process. Luckily, I know some women who are creating science-based clear skin solutions for people of all ages.
Today on The Wellness Revolution, I'm joined by Danielle Gronich, Co-Founder, CEO, and Formulation Expert at CLEARSTEM Skincare, the only toxin-free skincare line that targets both acne and aging at the same time.
Danielle became known as The Acne Guru™ when she founded The San Diego Acne Clinic in 2013. Healing trauma and childhood wounds doesn't have to be a complicated process filled with pain and negativity. There are ways you can heal your wounds while also feeling strong, empowered, and filled with love and connection.
In this episode of The Wellness Revolution, you'll learn these methods from Stefanos Sifandos, a trained educator and relationship expert with an extensive background in behavioral science. Stefanos helps men and women heal unresolved trauma and childhood wounds, escape negative patterns, and cultivate a positive sense of self. He helps people restructure and re-frame their relationships with themselves and their loved ones, leading them closer to each other and to their highest potential.
Today, Stefanos and I are talking about how to use breathwork to heal your trauma and connect with your sense of self. We touch on concepts like self-worth, love and trust, parent/child relationships, self-acceptance, the science behind breathwork, connecting to your inner child, and more.
This is an incredibly moving discussion that highlights the immense value of doing the inner work, no matter how difficult and daunting it seems.
Let this be your reminder that you can do (and heal) anything you put your mind to, mama. ❤
"Do not compare your trauma because trauma is less about the experience itself (of course that matters) and it's more about the way our constitution, our nervous system, our psychology, our predisposition, our personality, everything that is us interprets that experience and the intensity of that experience." – Stefanos Sifandos

I never imagined that sharing my darkest hours—those moments struggling with divorce, substance abuse, and loneliness—would resonate with so many listeners. It's through these candid conversations with women across the globe that we crack open the door to understanding resilience and inner growth. This episode is all about that raw journey, grounded in the powerful stories of struggle and strength amidst the chaotic "dumpster fire" of challenges we face. With reflections on my past struggles, this episode is a testament to the strength found in resilience and the tenacity to seek help and persist against the odds.
Together, we navigate the transformative act of fostering resilience, not as an inherent trait, but as a skill meticulously carved from experiences that shape us. The mirror becomes our stage, where daily affirmations of "yes, I can" shatter the chains of limiting beliefs. I discuss the importance of confronting the negative narratives that can consume our thoughts and the relentless determination to stand back up, no matter how many times life knocks you down. This episode is your motivational push, encouraging you to continue ahead with determination and a spirit of self-compassion.
