Mix together below sauce ingredients in a bowl:
- 200ml Coca Cola (we use Coke Zero)
- 250ml Rib Sauce (we use the sweat baby ray hickory brown sugar sauce)
- 2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
Add the sauce ingredients and pork racks (we use 1-2 racks of pork ribs) into the slow cooker and cook for roughly 5-8hrs depending on the amount of racks you use.
If you have a thermometer the ribs will be 90 degrees celsius internal temp and falling off the bone.
Once ribs are cooked, remove the ribs from the cooker put on a plate and pop in the fridge. Then use the left over sauce and put into a saucepan and reduce the sauce until a sticky sauce consistency is achieved.
Paste the sauce over the ribs and bbq grill them to finish off.
