On this episode I’m giving you guys an insight of my habits to make & BREAK this April!

After smashing my milestone of a year of celibacy I figured I would try and test myself and see how long I can go sober too. It’s been something I’ve been thinking about for a while, and at this point in my life I’m ready to really put my head down and work hard on my projects - without having to worry about hangovers & brain fog (I really can’t back up like I used to lol).

From less scrolling to being less judgmental - bringing in more play & deeper connections. These are the things I’m personally going to be doing in April & I hope you find some inspiration too ❤️‍🔥

On this episode I have the wonderful Lewis Huckstep in the studio with me. Lewis is a performance & fulfillment coach who helps you master all areas of your life!

Lewis has such a great way of articulating the topics of healing through relationships so I figured why not get him on to talk about just that

🫶🏽

We cover how to attract an aligned relationship, the importance of ‘doing the work’ prior & also how important communication & transparency is within your relationships.

We also touch on where some of my wounding has come from and shocker, I end up in tears (first time in months so it was due).

Re-listening to it there were so many golden nuggets of brilliance that really hit deep for me, I hope you enjoy!

For the people in the back that need the reminder….. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE A BREAK! Why do we feel so guilty for saying no, taking a day off or just literally resting our nervous system??? I’m here to tell you that you deserve a break, and more than that .. you should prioritize your rest!

Take this as your permission slip to go a little slower, and watch the magic unfold before your eyes ✨

I am so excited to have one of my favourite people back on the pod with me to get down and dirty about ALL THE WOO WOO!

Mikki Fisher is in the studio chatting about all the different ways spirit tries to get your attention. Whether it be angel numbers, through technology, downloads or just straight in your face contact from other realms.

We also explore my possible psychic abilities ….. and I get freaked out like 746484 times.

ENJOY!
