She wanted to stop emotionally eating, and she wanted to finally take time for herself because she had spent most of her life taking care of others. In this episode, she shares how she took each day, step by step, to build her confidence and establish a foundation of healthy habits that allowed her to lose 30 pounds without restriction, deprivation, or feeling hungry. Through her journey, she made it a point to find joy and gratitude in all things. And the shift has been life-changing. Michelle sums it up best: “I have hope again.”
