The absolute best approach to relieving your chronic pain is the active one.
Active approach is where you are an active participant and you determine the outcome of your own treatment. You hold the keys to your success.

The passive approach is where you are a recipient of treatment, submissive to someone else or thing, and therefore you have no control over the outcome.

While one is easier, the likelihood is you will not achieve the results you desire: sustainable long term relief from pain.

If you have pain, stiffness in your hips, or any catching or locking sensations with certain movements, this is the exact episode for you.

I break down what femoracetabular impingement (aka FAI) entails, who is prone to getting it, what are the symptoms and ways to confirm if you have FAI, and the best treatment protocols to get relief from FAI.

In general, this is what I refer to as hip impingement. It is very common to get hip impingement, occurs in over 60% of adults over the age of 30-35!

So, if you want to get relief from hip pain and potentially avoid surgery or injections, listen in and take some notes!

Having trouble squatting deeper?
