Do you remember all those flight cancellations last week? Of course, I got caught up in it. And if you could imagine me at 5am frantically trying to bend reality in order to pick up my son from camp on time, you’d understand how crazy it was! But that was when I realized, I didn’t have to do this all myself. I asked for HELP. And my wonderful friends absolutely pulled through for me. They were happy to help and I was so thankful. Asking for help is not giving up and it is not weakness. It is a practice in grace and gratitude. When you are feeling overwhelmed, how can you ask for help? Challenge yourself but know you don’t always have to go it alone.
