I’ve recently been giving myself some time and space to reevaluate what it is that I want, and it sparked a topic for today’s podcast: Happiness doesn’t last. I know that comes off as a really strong statement, but hear me out! Happiness comes and goes like the wind, so you might as well be doing something interesting in the meantime. By finding the balance between the extremes in my life, I’ve been able to learn so much about myself, deeply growing and evolving.
