Today I want to chat with you about toxic friendships and breaking up with friends. I know some of you are like, yes, please give me the goods. I need to break up with friends right now. It's absolutely true. Some relationships have an expiration date and when they pass it, the friendship can go south. Not everyone is supposed to be with you for your entire journey. People who we attract in our lives that cause problems from the get-go can also teach us something - how to treat everyone with compassion and set boundaries in the most loving way possible. To move through life with more flow and ease, we must give up the idea that we are always right and in fact assume that everything is our fault and that everything is a lesson. I hope today’s quickie serves as a reminder or way for you to be able to get back to the heart-centered reason of WHY you’re working on your dreams.
