Dan Martell’s book Buy Back Your Time reminded me that real freedom comes from documented systems, not just delegation. And my friend Stacy Tuschl challenged us to not just build playbooks, but to test them. That hit hard!

The truth is, I learned this lesson the hard way. One of my team members broke her foot during a major launch and suddenly we realized she was the only one who knew how to do a few key crucial elements of her job.
