In this episode, Amber talks with Melsa Maher, fertility acupuncture specialist.  Melsa specializes in helping women going through IVF and has even worked with one of the top fertility clinics in San Antonio.  Melsa was also Amber's personal acupuncturist during her IVF treatment in 2019.  On this episode, they discuss timing for IVF, fresh and frozen transfers, and the research behind why acupuncture is so effective.  If you've never understood the process behind acupuncture or how it might help with you IVF outcomes, you need to listen to this episode!

In this episode,  I begin a new monthly series of conversational-style podcasts about life and my insights.  Today, I recap the personal events that changed me during 2020 and how I have processed the trauma and joy of this incredible time. 

I discuss my pregnancy, premature birth, NICU stay, breastfeeding issues, self-confidence problems, losing the baby weight, cancer, hysterectomy, and deep personal meaning and truth as candidly and authentically as I can.
