It’s the return of Catt + Cait with another raw, unfiltered check-in about many of the things we all go through in this thing called life. Catt’s more than halfway through her ‘21 Days of Hot Yoga Challenge’ and if you’re like Cait, you don’t get it. “Huh? I Don’t Do Yoga.” Well, listen up as our host makes an argument for the practice and breaks down all of the many physical, mental, and spiritual benefits.
Breaking News! Cait, too, now has a new puppy. Her very first pet – EVER. Has sweet little Passion made for a happy house and home? Um, not exactly. Some hiccups with the new baby you’ll probably relate to. Help!
And it wouldn’t be an episode of Catt + Cait unless we get updates about Catt’s latest date or non-date or wanna-be date or cancelled date or obsession (hi Jason). We also have a very important question for our audience: Is a “Good Morning Beautiful” text cringy or romantic? There’s much debate.

This week on #ABD, Catt catches up with her friend writer, comedian, and host of the podcast “Social Studies,” Jena Kingsley.
We learn early in the conversation that Jena has been newly diagnosed with Covid but still graciously came to the show to share her unique, raw, and hilarious take on all the things!
Catt and Jena talk the power of therapy and the power of love which turns into a discussion about how it’s never too late to find the right romantic partner and find your happily ever after.
But then the couple’s discussion goes extra deep and the girls tackle tough subjects like Bennifer, Kourtney and Travis, and wait for it – Catt and Jason.
In perhaps Catt’s most revealing aka embarrassing episode to date – key word ‘stalker’ – Jena helps Catt figure out how to land her newest crush. It’s impossible to not laugh and leave this latest episode smiling. It Sure is a Beautiful Day!

Stephanie Simbari and Elizabeth Kott are the creators and hosts of one of the most popular wellness podcasts in the game: That’s So Retrograde. This month marks their seven years on the air as one of the OG shows in the industry. Well, breaking news – moments before hitting record on this conversation the girls reveal to Catt that they are stepping away from the mics at the end of September.
Is it a hiatus? Will they hit pause and eventually return to the airwaves? Or will this be the bittersweet end? The girls open up on the subject and reflect on the power of the show, what it has meant to them, and more.
The ladies also talk quite a bit about cancel culture and what it’s like creating an online platform to speak your mind while working with the awareness that listeners can be eager to judge!
And, where do these business partners, co-hosts, and friends see one another in five years? They give you their predictions - and they might surprise you. This heartfelt and bittersweet conversation is undoubtedly good listening for those who are ending a new chapter and anxious about what is to come.

In today’s episode of #ABD, Catt is in conversation with fellow journalist and “PRETTYSMART” podcast host Danielle Robay. The two go deep on everything from covering the Me Too Movement, breaking into the broadcasting business, dissecting ‘What is news?’ today – to discovering your purpose and learning to trust yourself.
Catt also updates listeners on her new love: Moon. (Moon is a puppy, not a man.) Where did she find her? Is she turning into an old single CATT LADY (this makes three furry children now)? And, Danielle makes a surprising admission on the subject of pets.
Come join the ladies for what is the ultimate girl gab but with depth and meaning. And, make sure to follow the lovely Danielle on her IG and check out her weekly podcast: PRETTYSMART.
Lastly, have you seen the new It Sure is a Beautiful Day merch?! We love it and know you will too. Shop it here.

This week’s show was intended to be an “Ask Catt Anything” episode, but after the dozens of inquiries into her past relationship, what transpires is an emotionally charged retelling of her last breakup and the work and healing that has followed. Catt bares literally all, stands confidently and truthfully in her power, and even comes to tears talking about her progress. If you yourself are suffering from a toxic situation or sheer heartbreak, Catt’s advice is awaiting you. Don’t worry if you were one of the listeners who asked about her fitness or skin regimen, she manages to get to that and also a recent health update as well. Perhaps her most vulnerable podcast to date. This is a sensitive, must-listen episode and your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
