Tiffany Persons is the founder of Tiffany Company Casting, through which she and her team provide commercial casting to some of the largest brands in the world. She was also recently named Director of Empathy at the integrative creative advertising agency, David and Goliath. Tiffany is also the founder and director of Shine On Sierra Leone, an innovative non-profit organization that has created groundbreaking education and sustainable programs to provide thriving self-sufficient communities. Today I sit down with Tiffany to discuss how a trip to West Africa to film a documentary led her to finding herself and her true calling. The magic she experienced in Africa changed her life and led to the creation of Shine On Sierra Leone. Tiffany is a light, an inspiration and a shining example of finding great success, fulfillment and healing through serving others.
