Daylight savings time MATTERS because throwing off your sleep and daily schedule can increase hazards of increasing vestibular attacks, and other factors.
Shifting your schedule slowlyyyyy but surely, will help you adjust more quickly to this schedule. This episode is a replay from Spring, so everything you learn today, we recommend doing the opposite way!

Does your neck hurt and you have dizziness? It could be cervicogenic dizziness, but it also might be vestibular migraine. It could also jus the from not allowing your neck to move enough (or at all).

If you have had positional vertigo before, you may know that it doesn't always come from BPPV. You may also know now that you may have treated Vestibular Migraine with an Epley maneuver in the past when it was the 'wrong' thing to do.
So, how do we know when it's BPPV and how do we know when it's VM? It can be a hard line to walk, so let's talk exactly about how to do that so you can always get the right treatment the firs time!

Preventative medications can be amazing and absolutely life changing, or they may cause side effects that you can't stand.
Weening off your medications may also be wanted because you may feel like you no longer want to be on a preventative for a million different reasons!
However, the HOW of weening off your meds MATTERS. I have seen so so so sooo many people quit a medication cold turkey, but it almost never goes well. Weening should take time, not just days to weeks, but often months to even a year.
