One of the phrases I hate hearing in the online space is “this offer is a no-brainer.”
Now I’m not just being a hater because I do believe in the concept of a “no-brainer” offer – it should be an easy decision for your ideal clients to buy.
BUT the reason I hate the term is because what I see 99% of the time is people slap that label on their offer – and then stop there. They don’t explain why it’s a no-brainer offer or why it’s a no-brainer for their ideal client – that’s lazy messaging.
Because here’s the dog's honest truth…
If your audience doesn’t instantly understand why your offer matters to them, right now – they won’t buy, no matter how well-priced, well-structured, or “value-packed” YOU think it is.
It’s not about you or what you think is valuable – it’s about your ideal client and what motivates them to buy.
So in today’s episode of the How I Do Content Podcast I’m going to tell you the real reason your “no-brainer” offer isn’t selling – and what to do about it.
Let’s dive in!
Watch my free mini-training “Make Your Offer the One”
In 12-minutes I’ll walk you through the messaging shifts you need to stop relying on “it should be obvious” and start communicating your offer in a way that makes the right people want it now.
It’s fast. It’s practical. It’ll change the way you sell.

You know that moment in business when you look around and think…
“How did I end up here?”
The money’s coming in…
You’re good at what you do…
But everything feels heavier than it should.
Your offers feel off, your content feels forced and deep down, you’re wondering if the business you’ve built is still right for you.
If you’re nodding along, this episode of the How I Do Content Podcast is going to hit hard (in the best way).
Today I’m joined by Jen from The Small Wins Co. – planning nerd, F1 fanatic, and self-proclaimed “Messy Middle Mentor.”
Jen’s helped countless business owners rethink, realign, and rebuild their business foundations – but she’s also walked this path herself. Twice.
In today’s episode, we talk about what happens when your business stops feeling good, why making more money doesn’t always mean you’re on the right path, and how to make changes before you burn out or burn it all down.
This is the conversation I wish more people were having – it’s your reminder that you’re allowed to change your mind, realign your business, and build something that feels good again.
So let’s dive into it.

Welcome to Episode 200 of the How I Do Content Podcast!
Two hundred episodes.
Most podcasts don’t even make it past episode 10.
It’s been 200 episodes of me showing up to this mic, dropping Dumbledore-level strategy and sharing what’s hot on my heart in the hope it helps you to embrace your unique blend of magic and do business in a way that works for YOU.
And you know what’s wild?
When I go back and listen to past episodes (usually while I’m repurposing them into fresh content, because... duh, strategy), I realise how relevant they still are.
So in today’s 200th episode, I’m going into the vault and pulling out five of the biggest marketing and messaging lessons from some of your most-listened-to solo episodes.
The ones that built my business, sold out my offers, and helped clients go from “what do I even say?” to “holy shit, I’m booked out.”
So for the 200th time – let’s dive in.
My gift to you loyal listeners.
Watch my new 12-minute mini-training “Make Your Offer the One” to help you shift your offer from nice-to-have to need-this-now!
If you’re ready to sharpen your message and make your offer the one your dream clients can’t stop thinking about – you definitely want to tune in.

Everyone and their dog is using ChatGPT to write their content right now.
Outsourcing captions, emails, even entire launch plans all in the name of saving time and “working smarter.”
But let’s be honest – is it actually saving you time?
Or do you need to constantly tweak, reprompt and rewrite what it spits out because it sounds like everyone else or worse like a robot that’s read one too many bro-marketing emails.
But before you download another ChatGPT prompt guide, I want you to think about WHY ChatGPT is spitting out fluff that doesn’t sound like you and definitely doesn’t sell your offer.
Because here’s the truth – AI can’t fix what YOU don’t understand about your ideal client.
And I’m not talking about a basic witch ideal client avatar focused on demographics like “women aged 25–40 who like oat lattes and yoga.”
I’m talking about real HUMAN insight – the beliefs they hold, the desires they’re chasing, the objections running through their mind the second they land on your sales page or consume your content.
Because if you don’t know that – no prompt in the world can save you.
So in this episode of the How I Do Content Podcast, I’m breaking down why your AI-generated content might be falling flat, what needs to come before the prompt, and how to use AI in a way that amplifies your message instead of diluting it.
So let’s do this!

You know what you don’t see on the highlight reel?
The breakdowns behind the breakthroughs.
The resilience it takes to keep showing up when it would be easier to walk away.
The real, messy, magical journey behind building a business, a family, and a damn legacy.
Today’s guest on the How I Do Content Podcast knows exactly what it takes.
Sonja Pototzki-Raymond (aka Sonja the Search Queen) is the CEO of The Search Republic (one of Australia's most in-demand Google-accredited digital agencies), a Google Search Expert, Author, Keynote Speaker, and Fertility Advocate.
Not to mention she’s helped generate over $700 million in sales for her clients while raising two beautiful girls and launching her first book The Search for Resilience (which is in stores NOW).
In this episode, Sonja gives you the real story behind the business wins, the book launch, the journey to finally become a mum – and what it actually looks like to be resilient when life doesn’t go to plan.
If you’ve ever wondered how to build something extraordinary without losing yourself (or your sanity) along the way this episode is your permission slip to stop playing small and start trusting yourself more.
No fluff, no filters – just the real behind-the-scenes of building something extraordinary.

You’re doing all the things.
You’re casting content spells left and right – but the likes are low, the DMs are dead, and the sales? Missing like Voldemort’s nose.
So, naturally, your brain spirals into the usual suspects: “Is it my messaging? Is it my audience? Is it the algorithm? Or does the universe just hate me?”
If you’re wondering why the heck your content isn’t converting, you’re not alone.
One of the most common questions I get asked is “How do I know if it’s my messaging, my audience, or the timing?” In fact one of the Wizards on the Waitlist for Micro Messaging asked me this exact question last week!
So in today’s episode of the How I Do Content Podcast I’m going to share what my answer was to them so you can start doing a little investigating on your own as to why your content isn’t converting into clients.
And I’m going to be real with you for a moment – because it honestly depends! There’s no cookie-cutter universal answer. It does depend on your business, your niche, your audience size, and how long you’ve been showing up.
But what I can do is help you figure out how to get clear on what’s actually going on so you stop second-guessing everything and start focusing on the right thing.
So let’s break it down: messaging vs. audience vs. timing… and what to do about it.

So many business owners tell me they want to start a podcast…
But then the doubts creep in:
What would I even talk about?
Will anyone listen?
Isn’t podcasting a lot of work?
Or they do start a podcast, make it to episode 5 and then it fizzles out because they’re burnt out, overwhelmed, and not seeing results fast enough.
And perhaps this sounds familiar?
That’s exactly why I invited today's guest Laura McRae onto the How I Do Content Podcast.
Laura’s the founder of Podcast Support Services, the host of Podcasting for Business Owners and the go-to person if you want to start or grow a podcast that actually supports your business.
Laura knows how to make podcasting feel simple, sustainable, and strategic. No fluff, no faffing about – just smart podcasting that builds your brand and brings in clients.
This episode is full of practical gems whether you’re podcasting already, thinking about it, or trying to figure out how to make it work without working harder.
So let’s get into it.
