My hall pass joined me in bed this week and we had the time of our lives. We discussed all things Christmas, Bravo, and every other inch of the CULTURE that made us who we are.
Do yourself a favor and listen to his new album Have You Heard of Christmas and buy tickets to his album tour so you can fall in love with him too!

FYI: This episode contains discussions of abortion and miscarriage.
As someone who has shared my own abortion story openly (in this episode), people often reach out to me when they are contemplating or preparing for this important decision.
I’m always shocked, not just by how little they know - but how little I know. SO I thought it was about time we put together an episode that covers every aspect of abortion, comprehensively. I want to share everything I wish I had known before, during, and after my own experience, in the hope that this information will be invaluable to you or a loved one facing a similar situation.
We invited Danika Servino Wynn, a representative from Planned Parenthood to give us the facts, dispel some myths, and give us a guide - free of judgment and medical jargon we don’t understand. Listen to it, send it to the womxn in your life, and let’s destigmatize this topic, one listen at a time.

This week I and my incredible producer Catherine joined forces to laugh about all things involved in male Halloween, the dichotomy between Pumpkin Spice girlies vs. Apple Cider girlies, the gossip I heard while eavesdropping at Sugarfish, and recommend some of my all-time favorite things to watch.

This episode could NOT have come at a better time. Brilliant poet Cleo Wade joins us under the covers and she BLEW. MY. MIND.
I don’t know about you guys, but when I hear the term self-love, I roll my eyes. Not because it’s not the most valuable thing in the world, but because until I talked to Cleo, it felt like a battle we either win or lose… and it always felt hard to grasp.
Cleo and I talk about wrestling with change and romanticizing or hating the person we used to be. We also dive into how hard it is to love yourself when you don’t feel like yourself and how to stop waiting for permission.

This week, get comfy… because I am sick and tired of all these people telling me what to do!
We are LIVE from my highschool bed…where all my questionable life choices began. Being in here, of course, reminded me of allllll the mistakes I’ve made, and where I’d be if I hadn’t failed a million times.
It feels like everyone has it all figured out and that there are so many “right” ways to do everything… from your morning routine (ew) to your relationships. The more we scroll to find someone as imperfect as we are, the more wrong we feel. It got me wondering: what part of ‘doing it wrong’ are we all so afraid of?
Then we get into what I call the ‘Friendship Awkward Phase’ that no one is talking enough about. I’m talking to all of us in our mid/late twenties and early thirties who are trying to navigate friendships that used to be so easy, and now require so much more of us. When all our friends are hurtling in different directions and turning into different people, how do we know if we’re being a bad friend, or even if it’s time to let the friendship go?
Oh! And! Come hang as I explain The fun game I play to decide if I really love someone or not…

This week my huuuusband, my spouse, my beloved Dylan jumped in bed to grace us with his presence - and set the record straight on all the things I exaggerate about on this show.
Come listen as I get absolutely roasted… and immediately regret my decision to give him a microphone ;).

THIS WEEK: You’ll find me listing all the reasons why I, Jade Iovine, am simply unfit to turn 30… We talk about the Jonas Issue, why Fashion Week is my personal Everest, and why Dylan and I can’t stop pointing the finger about who isn’t paying attention to whom.

I don’t say this often, but this is one of my favorite LFB conversations ever. Ali Kolbert crawled in bed with us this week, and we complained about how unrequited love is the WORST, being solely attracted to unavailable people, orgasms, the myth of scissoring, and why women are sick of their boyfriends. Oh! And why neither of us can relate to Miley Cyrus’s new song Used to Be Young… spoiler: it’s tragic.

Live From Bed is your official invitation to hide from the world with me and unravel out loud.
Every Wednesday, I pull my favorite people under the covers—from internet icons…
No unsolicited advice. No forced optimism. Just the thoughts we all have but wish someone else would say first—and a whole lot of commiserating.
