His practice is high volume, high profile, highly profitable, & it’s all run with vitalistic communication procedures. Those procedures from his office are then shared with other chiropractors at his various trainings. In practice, his patients include current Stanley cup winners, Olympic gold medalists, Rock-N-Roll Hall of Famers, Superbowl champions, and perhaps most exciting: he takes care of those athletes’ children too. However, he’s in a VERY high-volume office, so most of the patients are not high profile. They are highly educated on chiropractic care for so much more beyond pain & symptoms. Many patients stay on for wellness visits at a weekly frequency for life and it’s independent of insurance payments or coverage. True value is conveyed through his procedures. As a speaker, Brad teaches with a unique perspective that he calls: “from in the TReNch”. The reason he has that point of view is that he has practice experience from yesterday! His content is relevant, cutting edge, and his signature feedback forms always state: “You over-deliver!”What transitions his big stage philosophy to your office procedures is the unique and original communication strategies that he teaches. We always emphasize that this info is created, developed, tested, and then packaged simplistically before being taught. With bruises and scars from making mistakes, Dr. Glow always delivers refined content that is battle-tested and simplified for use on Monday. A passionate speaker, husband & father of four ch

  • Ep104. How A V.A Can Help To Maximise Your Marketing Results. Charley Valher
Have you ever considered how a virtual assistant (V.A) might be able to help you with your marketing (and life)?  Perhaps you’ve fantasised about how helpful it would be to have your very own video editor, social media manager or maybe even someone to help take all those boring repetitive tasks of your plate so you focus on doing the things with the greatest impact.
Too often I see practitioners getting “stuck in the weeds” doing things they shouldn’t be doing!
If you’re wanting more time, impact, profitability and enjoyment in practice then a V.A might be the missing link.
The incredible skill sets and cost effectiveness of the right V.A can’t be ignored.
Todays guest, Charley Valher is an expert at helping small businesses like us find virtual assistants so we can spend more time doing what’s important (including taking a break!).  You might remember Charley from episode 77 where we talked all about how a podcast can be an unfair advantage for your practice.  Charley is also a whiz when it comes virtual assistants.  In fact he has own company that helps to match V.A’s to businesses.
In this episode Charley walks us through the minefield of hiring your first V.A.
    Here’s a preview of what you’ll learn:
What kind of things can a V.A help with?
How much should you pay them?
How do you choose a V.A?
    Best practices for communication?
    Common mistakes with V.A’s?
This episode was profoundly helpful to me personally and I hope it is for you too.
As always, thanks for all you do.
    Keep saving lives.

Welcome to 2020 and boy has this been a wild start for me.  In the past 10 days, I’ve celebrated Christmas, New Year, my birthday,  been evacuated from my summer vacation and had the scariest 90minute drive of my life, driving through thick smoke, on winding bush roads trying to get away from bushfire! (Listen in and I’ll tell you more).
In todays episode I’ll share my recent revelation and I’ll to talk with you about why I think in the next decade that the practitioners with the most ATTENTION are the ones that will win.

Finally I’ll leave you with a four step framework to help you get more attention.
I hope you’ll enjoy the show.

  • Ep.101. How To Increase Your Internal Referrals. Tony Croke
In todays episode you’re going to learn how to increase your internal referrals without having to be a douche bag!Be sure to have a note pad and pen ready for this episode because it’s full of gems. Internal referrals are important for several reasons but here’s 2 biggies- internal referrals tend to be great patients who are much easier to look after and- they’re a great reflection of how good a job you’re doing with your existing patients. When I ask practitioners where they get their new patients from, many tell me internal referrals and when i then ask them what steps they are taking to maximise those internal referrals they often look blankly at me. Building a practice based on internal referrals is a process much like building a practice from Facebook Ads, dinner talks and screenings etc.If your internal referral process is all about hope and prey or simply asking your patients to refer to you then you’re in luck because in todays episode I’m speaking with Dr Tony Croke (yep another Tony!) and when it comes to internal referrals he’s got a black belt.Tony and his team have spent the last 6+ years testing, tweaking and seeing exactly what it takes to create an environment where patients HAPPILY refer. His process is simple, however as you’ll learn, it takes a tremendous amount of courage, vulnerability and self reflection. If you’re wanting to increase the number of internal referrals that you get each month then listen in now! Thanks for all you do.Keep saving lives.AngusLinks Mentioned In The [email protected] https://www.facebook.com/dr.tony.crokeTony graduated from RMIT in 1992 and moved to Gisborne with his wife Tiffani after a stint in a great practice group in Gippsland. It’s an honour he doesn’t take lightly. He has served the profession in a number of roles and was named Victorian Chiropractor of the Year in 2010.When he’s out of the office, Tony is an unskilled but enthusiastic surfer and skier.Tony Croke  //  www.liberty-health.com.au
