2024年美国大选刚刚落幕。四年一次的大选不再仅仅是公共政治实践的战场，也愈加变成个人心理的大型试炼场。在2016年开始的每次大选期间，约有60%到70%的美国人报告说他们的焦虑明显上升，有更多的恐惧感，更容易发怒和失眠。有超过四分之一的美国公民声称他们有了更多的压力应激行为，比如抽烟喝酒和情绪性暴食。

大选引发的精神压力也渗入了最私密的心理咨询室的空间——在美国大选期间，很多人进入到心理咨询室讨论大选对他们生活的影响。作为保持中立的咨询师和被政治影响的普通人，这样的双重身份也给心理咨询师带来了许多挑战。

本期小华和《北冥有鱼》播客的主播朝朝和卡其一起，一起畅聊当大选政治渗入私密的情感空间，我们该如何理解与应对。
