Jamie Snow is the founder of Struggle Strong, the general manager and lead trainer at Fuel Training Clubs in Toronto, an avid mover, and long time learner. In this episode, Jamie shares her story of her eating disorder, and her lifelong challenges with mental health and depression. She is the perfect example of someone who is openly struggling, yet maintaining her strength at the same time, more now than ever. Jamie and Kathryn talk about the difference between sports training and healthy training, how movement can help us feel stronger and more confident in life, how talking to others about our challenges is vitally important, and how to get away from the little voice inside our heads telling us we aren't good enough. This is a candid conversation between two likeminded movers, we hope you enjoy.
