In this episode of The Outspoken Review I'll tell you my honest thoughts about the new Space NK Oxford Street which I visited for the first time earlier this week.
I also spent time at the amazing K Beauty destination PureSeoul and ended up buying some really exciting products which I'll talk you through.
Just a reminder that if you'd like 20% off the amazing supplement brand Ancient and Brave (who are supporting all my episodes this week) all you need to do is visit //ancientandbrave.earth/planet and use the code OUTSPOKEN.
In this week's Outspoken Mental Health I'm chatting about anxiety in perimenopause, how to recognise it and how to deal with it.
I mention the importance of advocating for yourself with your GP and why the same rules apply re standing up to anxiety whether it's hormone related or not.
* This episode is in partnership with Ancient and Brave *
In this episode I'm chatting to the phenomenal nutritionist Jo Woodhurst who is also director of nutrition at Ancient and Brave.
During the episode we chat about what made Jo decide to pursue a career in nutrition and why her mother's influence played such an important role in her decision and the way that she lives her life.
Jo and I also focus on midlife nutrition and lifestyle choices, how our needs change at different points in our life and also the role that good supplements can play.
This is when we focus in on Ancient and Brave and what makes their supplements and ethos stand out. Jo explains their different offerings and what they can do for us and also answers lots of your questions around collagen.
This is such an informative episode. Jo really knows her stuff and I could have talked to her and picked her brains all day.

In this week's episode of The Outspoken Review I'm talking about the Nails Inc Home Gel Nail Kit and giving my honest thoughts. I'm also chatting about why I've incorporated an essence into my routine, my top Merit lipstick (I totally forgot its name when I was recording, it's the Signature Lip in Millennial) and an important decision I've made about my health. (It's something we all should be doing).
If you'd like to come to my amazing event with Anxiety Josh and Fabulous Pharmacist Laura Dowling on 9th October, tickets are available here
What an absolute pleasure it is to have the wonderful Kim O'Sullivan on the podcast.
Kim, who is the founder of the truly exceptional brand Brow Aid is an example of a woman who had an idea and against the odds, made it into a reality. She talks about how sometimes you need to hit rock bottom to actually get to a better place and shares a story of a true love for beauty, brow obsession, trying to make everything work as a single parent and eventually taking a risk and it paying off.
This kind of episode really is my favourite because it's a message to us all that whatever rut we're stuck in, we CAN get out of it. There's always a way!
You're going to love getting to know this truly brilliant woman!
It's time for my weekly catch up with beauty editor extraordinaire Perdita Nouril.
This time we're chatting about the very exciting opening of the new Space NK on Oxford Street and also delving into the dramas that have been happening in the world of Elf and Urban Decay (who knew that the summer of 2025 would be so rife with beauty gossip!)
