In January of 2023, she and her husband decided they wanted to start their family. After going off birth control, it became clear this wasn't going to be easy, as her period was nonexistent. Over 10 years of a missing period, Sam was able to recover her cycle naturally through the Food Freedom Fertility Society and is now happy to share she is expecting her first baby boy in September.
