Paul has been caught up in the emotional moment as Her Majesty The Queen was laid to rest, while Rob's been having a few emotional moments of his own touring round the country. Featuring The Queue, a feline fatality, highs and lows in Worcester, a crazy Caledonian conflagration, parkrun report, a Tonkinson/path interface and some impressive PBs.

With the nation in mourning - or at least limbo - Rob and a very hungover Paul return to Finsbury Park for their lightly hilly two-lap parkrun.
Featuring sundry irreverence, the powers and limitations of social networks, being home alone, seeing friends in real life, ultra-style drinking, and how to rub your fellow parkrunners right up the wrong way.
Thank you - to all of you for sharing your running lives with us, to all of you who have supported us through the Acast button, to all the volunteers at Finsbury Parkrun, and to our late, great Queen.

It's time for the boys to get back out on Hampstead Heath and address the new month. Paul's done some classic gigs, Rob did the Big Half, and they've both watched their families dive into the new school term one way and another. Featuring sound effects real and imagined, many a magpie, gig and parkrun reports, time management issues, thoughts on the world of TV and your fantastic PBs

Paul and Rob are reunited in Finsbury Park on a sunny Sunday morning, and they talk parkrun, motivation, falling down and getting up again, knees, festivals, '90s music, Sunday league football and how there's always another wave.

Rob goes for a run in Nunhead, south-east London, with Charlotte Hill - CEO of The Felix Project - who's running in their relay team at The Big Half next month. They talk training, chat-running, walking the hills, and how running can help charities - and vice versa. Plus there's an adventure in a cemetery, and we find out the full, thrilling story of how Nunhead got its name.

In the last hours of the heatwave - an extended, thundering deluge hit north London just hours after this run - Rob and Paul get back to the Walk and the Woods to catch up after a few weeks of travel - Paul to Canada and Seattle, Rob to Edinburgh, the Lakes - and Nottingham.
Featuring Paul speaking at a wedding, Rob forgetting his trainers, shonky knees, bears and chipmunks, lots of lager, unshakeable earworms and intractable hounds, when you need a why, the road to Yorkshire, gig-and-parkrun report, some small signs of Autumn, and trouble sleeping due to heat, neighbours and pigeons.

Paul is in Canada - and Rob finds himself in Scotland - so polymath, friend-of-the-show and Edinburgh Festival legend Mark Watson stands in (well, runs in) for Paul in a special Caledonian edition. Featuring, all the classic stuff: banter, gig reports, interactions with passers by, parenting, wordplay, and talk of running events completed and yet to come. Thank you Mark.

Once again safely on Clissold Park's soft surfaces, Rob gives Paul the full report on the second day of his Race To The Stones adventure. Featuring support teams, morris dancing, campsite rage, wet hats, Barack Obama, tears, indie rock, pasties, ice lollies and plans for the future... or not.

The excitement is palpable on the start line, but how will Rob and Paul's Race To The Stones adventures play out? Featuring early starts, picturesque woodland, beautiful birds, walking up the hills, walking down the hills, friends old and new, drama predictable and unpredictable, a fine array of ridiculous voices, a lack of potatoes, some slapstick-based karma, a half-way humbling and a Running Commentary spin-off group.
With your help, Rob's run raised over £3,000 for Parkinson's UK - thank you, thank you, thank you. We can't express how much we appreciate you sharing your running lives and your hard-earned cash with us. Namaste.
