This week I had the pleasure of interviewing Brodie Sharpe - a PT/Physio who runs the Run Smarter Clinic in Australia and who specializes in working with runners.
As you might know, my dad was a PT for almost 40 years and I have a great appreciation for the profession - but a lot of PTs just don't specialize in working with runners. Not true for Brodie.
Brodie was kind enough to sit down with me for over an hour to discuss running, running injuries, prevention, and some myths.
I hope you get as much out of the episode as I did.
And if you enjoy Brodie, go check him out!
