Louisa Nicola is a neurophysiologist and brain coach to elite athletes who specializes in optimizing brain function, human performance, and ultimately overall health.

Kara Campbell is an embodiment coach who helps women step into radical self-trust with their bodies, food, and spirituality. She has an incredibly calming and grounded presence; it's no wonder she's so great at what she does!
