Such an amazing episode for you guys today, don’t miss this one!
On today’s episode I welcomed Logan DeCamp!
Logan spent years chasing a career that didn't serve him because he let his past determine his future.
One day he decided his past doesn't define who he is and he left everything to chase fulfillment.
Despite his insecurity about talking out loud, he realized his message needed to be heard around the world.
His dad battled cancer and cardiovascular disease for 11 years. He watched him slowly die year after year.
These events led to him creating a business called Champ DeCamp Training (now, Champ Camp) where he helps others move better pain-free and become a Victor of their life.
In his free time, he likes hiking, spending time with his wife, and playing golf.
In the episode, we discussed:
How he almost allowed the victim mentality to dictate his life and prevent him from becoming a coach.
The mindset it took in order to make the transitions he did with the career change.
Knowing when to take the leap and follow impulsive decisions and when to think through it more.
Learning to accept what happens FOR you, rather than TO you.
What he would recommend you do if you feel stuck, miserable, and not sure what to do (in any aspect of your life).
The difference between thinking vs. doing - why you need to start taking action, regardless if you know what to do.
Why he loves failing.
What’s next for Logan.
What does being champion mean to him.
Tips for changing your identity.
How do we strip away past labels we’ve been given?
The first two things Logan recommends you should focus on if you’re getting started. Thank you, again, Logan for joining me on the show, this was by far one of my favorite episodes.
