After asking my community what you all wanted to hear about most on this podcast, it became clear that my morning routine was a hot topic. So today, I’m diving deep into how I create my mindful morning routine and what changes exist within this.
I am someone who suffers from anxiety and have done so throughout my life, so for me having a morning routine that sets me up positively for the day ahead is crucial. I am prone to waking up with a racing heart, busy mind and if I’m not mindful in the morning, the day can quickly get away from me.
