Valentine's Day is my FAVORITE holiday, so of course I needed to record a Solo Pod all about the complicated issue of self-love. Our diet drama and trauma has really done a toll on our self-esteem and self-image. I talk through my journey of navigating the darkness, then finding self-love and self-appreciation through allowing uncomfortable emotions and compassionately accepting imperfections along the way.
