Pl: Kazimierz stał w samym środku ruchliwego Rynku Świątecznego w Warszawie.
En: Kazimierz stood in the middle of the bustling Rynek Świąteczny in Warszawa.

Pl: Powietrze było pachnące grzanym winem i piernikami.
En: The air was fragrant with mulled wine and gingerbread.

Pl: Wszędzie wisiały migoczące światełka, a gdzieś w tle słychać było kolędników.
En: Twinkling lights hung everywhere, and somewhere in the background, carolers could be heard.

Pl: Śnieg delikatnie opadał na ziemię, dodając uroku temu zimowemu dniu.
