Story Transcript:
Uk: Ліси Карпат завжди були наповнені таємницями.
En: The forests of the Karpaty have always been filled with mysteries.
Uk: Особливо влітку, коли природа розквітає всіма барвами.
En: Especially in the summer, when nature blooms in all colors.
Uk: Саме тут, в оточенні величних гір, вирушили на прогулянку Оксана і Дмитро.
En: It was here, surrounded by majestic mountains, that Oksana and Dmytro set out for a walk.
Uk: Оксана — молода жінка з допитливим поглядом.
En: Oksana is a young woman with an inquisitive look.
Uk: Їй подобається досліджувати природу і шукати магію в її таємницях.
En: She likes to explore nature and seek magic in its mysteries.
Uk: Дмитро ж більш обережний — він завжди пам’ятає про безпеку і намагається дбати про них обох.
En: Dmytro, on the other hand, is more cautious — he always remembers safety and tries to take care of them both.
Uk: Літнє сонце лагідно освітлювало стежки, а в повітрі відчувався свіжий аромат сосен.

En: — Oksana asked, pausing for a moment to enjoy the view.
Uk: "Я думаю, що фольклор — це цікаво, але не варто ризикувати", — відповів Дмитро з усмішкою.
En: "I think folklore is interesting, but it's not worth the risk," — replied Dmytro with a smile.
Uk: "Краще дотримуватися стежки.
En: "It's better to stick to the path."
Uk: "Проте Оксана відчувала, що цього разу все буде інакше.
En: However, Oksana felt that this time it would be different.
Uk: Вона вміло привела їх обох вглиб лісу, сподіваючись віднайти те, про що говорило сказання.
En: She skillfully led them both deeper into the forest, hoping to find what the legend spoke of.
Uk: "Давайте пошукаємо хоча б трохи", — наполягала вона, вдивляючись у лісові зарості.
En: "Let's at least search a little," — she insisted, peering into the forest thickets.
Uk: Дмитро вагався, але не хотів залишити Оксану одну.
En: Dmytro hesitated, but he didn't want to leave Oksana alone.
Uk: Їх пошуки приводили все далі від головної стежки.
En: Their search led them further from the main path.
Uk: Серед вечірніх тіней, Оксана раптом завмерла.
En: Among the evening shadows, Oksana suddenly froze.
Uk: "Дивися, Дим!
En: "Look, Dym!

En: There, ahead, something unusual!"
Uk: " — прошепотіла вона, відірвавшись від шепоту вітру.
En: — she whispered, tearing herself away from the whisper of the wind.
Uk: Дмитро вдивлявся вперед, але побачив тільки звичайні кущі.
En: Dmytro squinted ahead but saw only ordinary bushes.
Uk: Сонце вже сідало за обрій, і він відчув занепокоєння.
En: The sun was already setting beyond the horizon, and he felt a growing concern.
Uk: "Ми далеко від головної стежки", — обережно сказав він.
En: "We are far from the main path," — he cautiously said.
Uk: "Тут легко загубитися.
En: "It's easy to get lost here."

En: Oksana wavered for a moment.
