Uk: Сніг тихо падав в житловому районі, де затишні котеджі світліли від святкових вогників.
En: The snow was quietly falling in the residential area, where cozy cottages gleamed from festive lights.
Uk: Вогні мерехтіли над дверима будинків, наче великі зорі.
En: Lights flickered above the doors of the houses, like large stars.
Uk: До Різдва залишалося лише кілька днів.
En: There were only a few days left until Rizdvo.
Uk: Повітря було наповнене ароматами свіжих вареників і гарячого борщу.
En: The air was filled with the aromas of fresh varenyky and hot borsch.
Uk: Дмитро сидів на кухні разом із дружиною Катериною.
En: Dmytro was sitting in the kitchen with his wife Kateryna.
