Ca: El so tranquil del mar a la platja de la Barceloneta es barreja amb el murmuri del mercat de carrer.
En: The tranquil sound of the sea at la platja de la Barceloneta mixes with the murmur of the street market.

Ca: Malgrat ser hivern, el sol encara brilla, donant un toc màgic a les onades i als estands colorits.
En: Despite it being winter, the sun still shines, giving a magical touch to the waves and the colorful stalls.

Ca: És vigília de Reis, i Barcelona està plena de gent buscant el regal perfecte per a les seves persones estimades.
En: It is the eve of Reis, and Barcelona is full of people searching for the perfect gift for their loved ones.

Ca: Joan camina pel mercat, amb les mans a les butxaques, mentre el fred el recorda que fa poc que s'ha acabat Nadal.

Ca: Finalment, diu: "Veig que aquest regal és important per a tu. Explica’m què et porta a voler-lo comprar."
En: Finally, he says, "I see that this gift is important to you. Tell me what brings you to want to buy it."

Ca: Joan respira profundament i explica la història.
En: Joan takes a deep breath and tells the story.

Ca: Com Montserrat sempre ha estat un raig de llum a la seva vida, especialment en els moments difícils.

Ca: El venedor assenteix, tocant-se el bigoti pensativament.
