Robin shares that, from the lending perspective, he hasn’t observed many defaults or delinquencies on these loans. Many investors who acquired their properties before the rate hikes have been able to maintain their STRs and weather these downturns, thanks to their financing costs being impressively low at around 3.5-4% for a 30-year fixed mortgage. He remains uncertain if a market crash will ever occur.
