For us worriers, becoming fixated on your health (Google it!) is seen as a more “acceptable” option than dealing with old pain.

We resist feeling the alarm energy in our body by being endlessly trapped in the (health) worries of our mind.

Many of us worriers have a "sunscreen" view of the world in that we block out 99% of the safety that is all around us.

If you can't see and commit to the world as a safe place, of course we are going to stay in ALARM.

If we believe the focus on threat keeps us safe, we will experience the exact opposite!
