Ja: 木漏れ日の中、紅葉がゆっくりと色を変える京都の精神病棟。
En: In the sunlight filtering through the trees, the autumn leaves gradually change color at a psychiatric ward in Kyoto.

Ja: 葉がカリカリと音を立てて舞い散る頃、ハルは病棟の小さな部屋で静かに座っていた。
En: As the leaves rustle and scatter, Haru sat quietly in a small room in the ward.

Ja: ハルの心は秋の風に揺れ動くように、不安に苛まれていた。
En: Haru's mind was plagued with anxiety, swaying like the autumn wind.
