Hu: A Kiskunság lankás tájain, ahol a széles ormok között jeges szél süvít, Lajos egy hideg reggelen elindult a terepre.
En: In the rolling landscapes of the Kiskunság, where icy winds whistle between the broad ridges, Lajos set out on the field on a cold morning.

Hu: Zord szelek táncoltak a fagyos füvek között.

Hu: Az eget sötét felhők uralták, néha átszűrődött köztük a nap fényes sugarai.
En: The sky was dominated by dark clouds, with the sun's bright rays occasionally filtering through.

En: The new shelter would help them survive."

Hu: "Hirtelen szélroham kelt, hópelyheket sodort a levegőbe.
En: Suddenly, a gust of wind arose, blowing snowflakes into the air.

Hu: A jeges vihar gyorsan elérte őket, közelről hallották a madarak elkeseredett csipogását.
En: The icy storm quickly reached them, and they heard the birds' desperate chirping closely.
