Fr: Le ciel de Provence, paré de nuages légers, déposait une pâle lumière sur les champs de lavande.
En: The sky of Provence, adorned with light clouds, cast a pale light over the lavender fields.

Fr: En hiver, bien que les violettes fossiles fussent rasées, un doux parfum flottait dans l'air.
En: In winter, even though the fossil violets were trimmed, a gentle fragrance floated in the air.

Fr: Camille, une jeune femme réservée aux yeux d'émeraude, marchait lentement entre les rangées.
En: Camille, a reserved young woman with emerald eyes, walked slowly between the rows.
