I am very excited about today's guest on the podcast. Gay Hendricks has been a mentor of mine for over 10 years, ever since reading his book, The Big Leap. He is a genius when it comes to personal development, especially when it comes to creativity. On this episode, we chat about tapping into your creativity and deeper parts of your body and soul. We dove into the realm of relationships, where I got vulnerable and spoke on the contrast between my previous and current relationship. We also discussed why you need to love yourself before loving someone else and coming into a relationship with an open heart and mind.

What if I told you that most of the struggles we face as entrepreneurs are actually so unnecessary? When I reflect on my own journey as an entrepreneur I often wonder why I made it so dang hard on myself to fulfill my dreams and to achieve what I wanted to achieve. I was constantly feeling like I was high level coping and doing all of the things that we quote-unquote "should do" as an entrepreneur like going to yoga and meditating. On this solo jam, I am going to be discussing how to stop making it so hard on yourself to be an entrepreneur, why you shouldn't take actions out of a place of fear and how to use your pain as fuel for your purpose.
